In this course we will firstly deal with some theoretical aspects concerning effective English teaching, task-based and task-supported language learning. Secondly we will take specific examples of effective teaching as a starting point and explore possibilities of approaching various topics in the EFL class.
The specific topics and texts for this seminar will be negotiated in the first meeting and the course programme will be finalized in the second meeting. A list of suggestions will be provided which can be modified by the participants according to individual preferences and interests.
