In this course we will firstly deal with some relevant background concerning central aspects of current teaching and learning in the EFL classroom. Secondly we will take specific examples of current teaching as a starting point and explore possibilities of approaching various topics, texts, tasks and teaching projects as well as tests and exams which are of current interest in the EFL class.
The specific topics and tasks for this seminar will be negotiated in the first meeting and the course programme will be finalized in the second meeting. A list of suggestions will be provided which can be modified by the participants according to individual preferences and interests.

Voraussetzungen |
BA: Students should have successfully completed the course ”Introduction to Teaching English as a Foreign Language” and ”Grundlagenseminar Fachdidaktik Englisch”.
MEd 14: completion of the D module as part of your BA; no further MEd requirements for enrolment.

BA, MEd (G, GHR, HRGe, Gym/Ge, BK): Requirements/assignments (depending on your ”Studien-/ Prüfungsordnung”) will be explained in the first meeting. |
